Christmas DIY

Hi guys, Christmas is about to come, and I've prepared a thing you can make yourself to give to someone special ♫, or just to keep it at home and decorate the house with it.
It's a mini Christmas tree, the steps to make it are really simple and I love how it looks, it's so cute

The things we need:

A gorgeous pine cone (with a nice one we're done, when we'll end it's gonna look gorgeous ^^)
Cotton balls/ cotton
Scissors
 A mini pot
Green spray or green paint
White paint
A little brush and a bigger one if we don't have the spray
Glitter (optional)
A beautiful ribbon
Super glue

Now we have it all let's start choosing a pine cone and cleaning it a little with a paper napkin. Cleaning the pine cone is important to paint it better.

Now we have our pine cone ready it's time to paint it! If we have a spray to do it be sure not to spray it really close 'cause is not going to look nice... I painted my pine cone with green emerald tempera mixed with a bit of white.

Now we've painted all the pine cone we're going to add a bit of detail painting with white the centres of every "scale" of our pine cone, don't know if you're understanding me but with the image below it's gonna be easier to.

The most important thing that has to have a Christmas tree, the star! To make mine I've drawn a little star on a cardboard and cut it out. To make it more brighter I've painted the star with a yellow coloured pencil. And I've stuck the star with super glue.

After making the last details to our tree we have to put some pieces of paper on the bottom of the pot to make like a base and then we put the cotton balls.

When we have the cotton inside the pot we put the completed tree. The last thing we have to do is spread some glitter on it. I couldn't find normal glitter and I've spread some glittered eyeshadow.

The last step is decorate the mini pot. I cut this gold ribbon and I've fix it with a double-face tape but you can do it with normal transparent tape, in fact it's better.

Sorry for my messy nail

And that's all. Can you see? Is really easy to do and, for me at least, it looks really cute. I hope you like this post and have a nice Christmas!

NEXA Lite

Hey ladies, It's been a while since I posted my last review of a beauty product, so today I'm here to give you my opinion of an alternative to the expensive (I think so) Clarisonic, or mechanical brushes.

Last month I ordered this "beauty gadjet" 'cause in some one of my monthly favourites I showed you the Garnier exfo-brush, but the results of it only lasted for 1 or 2 days, so I thought I had to find a face brush, something like Clarisonic or a manual one.

And some months ago I heard 'bout the NEXA, and I decided to search on the website to buy it. For my surprise they just released a new model that was exclusively for face, and it was discounted! And how not, I bought it here

November Favourites*

Hello sweeties! I know I'm not posting as much as I did this summer, but I started my classes and now I'm having lots of exams, so forgive me for leaving my blog lately

Well, as I said, I've been really busy, and I cannot go shopping or anything like that this month, so I have got nearly nothing for the favourites of this month, so I'll show you the only cool thing I did this past month. I went to a manga fair in Barcelona ^^

I know some people thinks that manga and anime are weird things, but for me is part of my childhood and well, part of my life 'cause I still really like it. If you're judging something you don't know you should try it before (not aplicable to drugs and this kind of things, you know), maybe it will surprise you in a nice way.

Weeeell, well, well, coming back to the subject: Me and my friends have been waiting for this event all the entire summer, and we had some problems to go 'cause we paid for a bus for Saturday 1st, and they cancelled this one and passed it to Sunday, fortunately, we could go. And it was amazing :3

As you can see I went cosplayed. Yes, I have no shame, I know. In fact, I really like being dressed up, this time I went as Asuna from Sword Art Online a really popular anime that came out in 2012, I really liked it but when came out the third season I tink they completely broke the meaning of the story... Well my character is from the 2nd season.

I couldn't find the ears and maybe the cosplay is not perfect, but my mom and me worked hard to do it so, I'm quite proud of it ^^

Well, all this things from the photos on top are stamps, yep, stamps for letters. I think in Japan do quite interesting things from anything. I took pics from One Piece mostly 'cause is my favourite anime of all time :3

A gomu-minion ^^
This year were having lots of things from new Pokemon X and Y, and there was another place all of Pokemon where you could play to the new games and other stuff, but we stayed in this part of the fair that's mostly for shopping and has some expositions like this one below, and there was another one of japanese music bands.

Well I'm sorry if that's not what you expected of a favourites but is my favourite of the month so... Enjoy it anyways!
Bye!

Cold but soft lips

Hello cuties! Today I'm posting something for a frequent problem in winter, although we are in autumn it's getting really cold where I live. Well there I go with a solution for dry lips, and how to make them smooth and soft. ^^

The first to do to have healthy lips is get out the death skin from your lips. For that we're gonna use a lip scrub. We can buy it on a store, or make it ourselves, and that's what we're going to do today. The ingredients are very common, surely you have them at home, and the steps are really, really easy.

October favourites

I know I'm always late posting things but finally, with the cold weather are my favourites too, so let's see them!

The photo on the background is mine ^^
#1. All weather jacket

Last month I did a bit of shopping on Hollister. If you follow me on Instagram you can see I got a denim skirt from there. Well, the item that has been my favourite of October is this jacket. I needed something warm for this autumn cold days and I bought it. I didn't know if was going to be what I expected but yeah, it was. It's made of an impermeable fabric on the outside (that is very useful on rainy days, 'cause it haves hoodie too) and on the inside is made of fleece lining in a really cute turquoise colour.

#2. Tea tree BB cream

I got the Garnier Pure Active BB on summer, but now I'm paler than milk so I needed a lighter BB cream. I saw this one months ago, I searched for some reviews and finally I decided to buy it, and I'm quite good impressed. The thing I love about it is that it covers really well all my rednesses (that are like the 70% of my face) and its really easy to apply with a buffering brush. I recommend not apply it with a flat brush because it lefts the marks of the bristles.

#3. Iam collar

As I showed to you last month I bought a really cute collar, but it got damaged because I accidentally wet it. Some weeks ago they were making discounts on Iam and I went to see if there were cool things, and I found this adorable necklace that's perfect for wearing with those cozy knit jumpers.

#4. Memento

Pic from: revistasala1.com
I asked one friend what movie would he suggest me, and he told me this one. The movie is about a guy (a really handsome guy e.e) that unfortunately gets hit trying to save his wife from a murderer, and losts his recent memory. He cannot make new memories. And with the help of notes, photos and tatoos that he makes he tries to discover who has been the murderer. I really liked the film because you have to pay attention to what's happening 'cause the story is told backwards, and some things are confusing.
Well, I really enjoyed this film, it's really entertaining and it makes you think about lots of things... I like this kind of movies, so I recommend it to you too ^^

▷You can see it on YouTube

#5. Birdy

I heard about Birdy long time ago, but this October I've been listening to lots of her songs and I really like them. She has a really sweet voice and her songs are so sentimental, I enjoy singing her songs and listening to her. Two of my favourite songs of her are from the movie "The Fault In Our Stars", that I suggest you to see too.

This ones are my favourites, you can check them out:

That's all for this monthly favourites! I hope you enjoyed this post as much I did working on it. I'll see you soon on the next post.

L'Oreal Sunkiss

Hello ladies! All this past week I've been trying this product I've already told you on my last post. Today I'm gonna show you my results with it and what I think about it.

First of all I made some photos of the packaging so you can see it well. It's a pretty small plastic tube of 100ml, but I think you have enough to apply it several times. At least I used it 5 times and I haven't used a quarter of the tube. Well, now you'll see why I didn't spent nearly nothing of it.

Lightening your haircolour

Hey girls! I know it's been a while, but I'm here again with a new post. Lately I've been thinking about dying my hair again ( I dyed it red once ), but the dye left my hair pretty damaged and now that I've cut it and it looks more healthy I've reconsidered. And I thought about a product that was launched this summer. It lightens your hair colour but it doesn't damage your hair, because it's made with some natural products and without ammonia.

It's called Casting Sunkiss from L'Oreal. Maybe you heard of it but if you didn't, keep reading! This is not a promoted post or anything like this, I just wanna share this information with you and on the next post I'm going to test this product and tell you how it worked for me.

It costs 7€ aprox.

That's how it looks the packaging. As it says, the product is like a jelly, it's translucent and it's supposed to lighten your colour 3 tones in 3-5 applications. There are three versions of the product, one for blonds, one for brunettes and one for dark hair.

Photo from: byaranka.nl

The application method is very easy: you just have to put it on the sections of hair ( or spread it all over the hair ) you want to lighten and then stay 20 minutes on the sun or just apply heat with a hairdryer. There's no need to rinse your hair after putting it.

Well, in summary it sounds really well, now the thing is if it works. I'll try to find it on my local stores and test it as soon as possible to make a review. We'll see on the next post!
