Christmas DIY

Hi guys, Christmas is about to come, and I've prepared a thing you can make yourself to give to someone special ♫, or just to keep it at home and decorate the house with it.

It's a mini Christmas tree, the steps to make it are really simple and I love how it looks, it's so cute 

The things we need:

☞ A gorgeous pine cone (with a nice one we're done, when we'll end it's gonna look gorgeous ^^)

☞ Cotton balls/ cotton

☞ Scissors

☞ A mini pot

☞ Green spray or green paint

☞ White paint

☞ A little brush and a bigger one if we don't have the spray

☞ Glitter (optional)

☞ A beautiful ribbon

☞ Super glue

Now we have it all let's start choosing a pine cone and cleaning it a little with a paper napkin. Cleaning the pine cone is important to paint it better.

Now we have our pine cone ready it's time to paint it! If we have a spray to do it be sure not to spray it really close 'cause is not going to look nice... I painted my pine cone with green emerald tempera mixed with a bit of white.

Now we've painted all the pine cone we're going to add a bit of detail painting with white the centres of every "scale" of our pine cone, don't know if you're understanding me but with the image below it's gonna be easier to. 

The most important thing that has to have a Christmas tree, the star! To make mine I've drawn a little star on a cardboard and cut it out. To make it more brighter I've painted the star with a yellow coloured pencil. And I've stuck the star with super glue.

After making the last details to our tree we have to put some pieces of paper on the bottom of the pot to make like a base and then we put the cotton balls. 

When we have the cotton inside the pot we put the completed tree. The last thing we have to do is spread some glitter on it. I couldn't find normal glitter and I've spread some glittered eyeshadow. 

 The last step is decorate the mini pot. I cut this gold ribbon and I've fix it with a double-face tape but you can do it with normal transparent tape, in fact it's better.

Beauty Haul

Hello lovelies! Today I'm here with a little make up haul for you.

All the things I'm showing you are from a web called Maquillalia, I don't know if it ships to other countries apart from spain, but you can check it out if you want. They were on holidays when I ordered the things I wanted, and as apology for the delay on the delivery they sent me 3 extra products. Lucky me ^^

They send a mini Haribo bag with every order ^^

Well, starting with the haul, this is the first product that was gifted to me. It's a quintet of eyeshadows called "Chocolate deluxe" from Makeup Revolution. All the shades are very shining, (the two on top are nearly equal) and I personally don't like that much, but they're really pretty colours, and I red that they can be used wet too, so I think that I can do beautiful things with it.

I wanted a cream blush, just to try how it worked, and I decided to pick this one 'cause it wasn't overpriced and the colour was nice. And I liked the colour on the picture, but when it arrived I liked it even more! Is a really cute orangy coral, and it looks amazing on the cheeks. The only pro is that as a cream blush its a bit oily for me...

This palette was the principal thing I wanted to buy on the website. I love the colours it has, 'cause there are some neutrals and matte, and there are really bright colours too, so it's very versatile. I bought it because of the yellow colour, but if you don't prime your eye or add a white base is nearly impossible to see when you apply it... 

I usually don't use highlighter and I cannot tell much about this product but this one from Mememe is very lightweight and not really shining, so it's perfect ^^

Well, that's the mascara I featured on my last favourites, and as I said there, this is the BEST I've tried, I'm so happy with it!

That's the last product from Maquillalia, and is a toner from Essence. This brand has a line of products especially for acneic skintype, and this tonner is one of them. I heard some good reviews of it and I decided to buy it. I can say that as a tonner it works really well, and refreshes the skin when you apply it, but I didn't noticed that reduces the pores or the blackheads... The good part about it is that is mixed with powder, that mattifies the skin, at least for a little time.

That's the famous "Stay Matte" pressed powder from Rimmel. I really like how it smells, the shape of the crown that has on it, and the packaging is simple but hard. So on the outside is pretty nice, but I find it a little bit small. Apart from this I love how it looks when you apply it, but well... it doesn't mattify for many hours, at least on me. I have to put it on again after a short time.

PULL&BEAR

I went to P&B when sales started, and I picked this flowered high-waisted pants, I didn't try them on and are a bit big for me, but I'll put them in the dryer to see if they shrink a little...  I bought a little brown bag from sale too, it opens with some kind of rigid mechanism; Apart from that it fits enough basic things ( purse, glasses and some cosmetics )

This flowy crop top is from the new collection, they have really pretty tops of summery colours, like orange and yellow; This one has adjustable strips.

STRADIVARIUS

I went to Stradivarius on Sale too, and I picked this black jacquard wrap-over skirt, I think its form makes the figure more stylized, at least for me, because I'm a bit short and this skirt looks nice on me even with flat shoes. I searched on the shop online and if you want it here's the link.

 

BIMBA & LOLA

This is a very known brand of clothing and accessories from Spain, but is known for its bags. I checked out the website when sales started, and I fell in love with this bag, and it was like 50% off, so I went to my local store and I got it. It's super cute, perfect for summer, and big enough for me.

BEAUTY

I was searching a very dark red lipstick, but I was on the store, and I found this gorgeous lipstick from Astor, and I couldn't resist me.

I needed a bronzer, and I didn't want to spend much money on it, so I picked this one , and for my surprise it works pretty well. The palm tree on the bronzer is shining, while the other zone is matt.
